• Your primary objective is to identify and service the user needs of our customers.
• You will use a variety of research methods and employ targeted creativity techniques to find solutions.
• Together with the product managers you will create interaction and user-prompting concepts and test out these ideas using appropriate means (prototypes, online surveys, usability tests).
• Together with Visual Design, you will develop user-centred design and support its implementation in the agile scrum teams.
• You will think mobile first and cross-platform, conceive and design for desktop, tablet and smart phone.
• You will develop the user experience of tomorrow in a highly motivated, goal-oriented team.

• You are creative and are passionate about user-centred design.
• You see yourself as the customer’s advocate, successfully conveying their needs to your team in a methodical and structured way, in the form of personas, for instance.
• You already use the current wireframe tools, and you are familiar with other design programs (e.g. Adobe Photoshop).
• You already have several years' practical experience in the online environment, both desktop and mobile, and you have an excellent, solid portfolio.
• You have a high level of quality awareness.
• You have excellent command of German and English, spoken and written.
• You will ideally have had in-depth training in media and design and possess theoretical knowledge in a research environment.
