• Conceptional and operative development of the CRM department at HolidayCheckAG
• Responsibility for the development, optimisation or realignment of CRM activities, as well as setting up new areas of activity (e.g. multichannel, process optimisation, target group support programs and along the Customer Life Cycle)
• Personal responsibility for the implementation of target numbers as a part of the company and CRM strategies
• Focus on and management of KPIs in all activities
• Continual optimisation of infrastructural frameworks and customer activities, in line with the market

• Economic/socio-scientific studies or comparable education
• Relevant work experience in the online world, including with B2C platforms, in CRM and dialog marketing (preferably multichannel), both conceptional and operative
• Experience in marketing guided by KPIs
• Strong project management skills and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very strong affinity with numbers (basic knowledge of statistics and HTML advantageous)
• Strong-willed and a hands-on mentality
• Focused way of work, analytical way of thinking and a very high level of initiative
• Highly developed communication skills and good interpersonal skills
