- As a Product Analyst, you have overall responsibility for the tracking and web analysis of our HolidayCheck products
- It’s your responsibility to keep an eye on global websites and native apps, looking for changes in customer behaviour, and communicating this knowledge to the Product Management team
- You support the Product department in answering analytical questions through the analysis of the use of web and mobile apps, using Clickstream tools like Google Analytics. You follow this up by passing on the information in the form of reports, analysis and Dashboards
- You support Customer Journey analysis and testing to improve the conversion rate
- You’re constantly in contact with stakeholders, passing on relevant challenges and advising the product team on detailed questions
- You have successfully completed University or Technical College studies in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar
- You have several years’ experience of web analysis and web controlling
- In addition to the standard web analysis tools (Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Webtrends) you also are ideally familiar with BI tools and Tag Management Systems
- You have logical, analytical and conceptional skills
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and confidence in negotiation are some of your strengths
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English are also important for working in our international surroundings
