• Defining the UX strategy for the whole company
• Disciplinary and content-related management of the UX team
• Cost centre responsibility for the UX area
• Defining the process specifications for all the UX team tasks
• Supporting the development of online CI and style guides and taking final decisions in this context
• Primary contact for all questions concerning CI and its online implementation for brands and marketing
• Monitoring and running usability workshops with test subjects
• Setting up and further developing various test groups for usability testing
• Management and control of external service providers in the UX field

• At least five years’ experience in the field of creation and UX (also with experience in agency environment), ability to use all the relevant tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Axure, etc.
• Good technical knowledge of all online-related topics (e-commerce, content management, online marketing etc.)
• Experience in managing teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally a certified usability analyst
• Excellent professional competence, presentation skills and confident demeanour
• Very good rhetorical and presentation skills
