• Design, implement, and test creative data science algorithms, aiming at a better and personalized experience for our customers.
• Work closely with our team of engineers to efficiently implement our data-driven ideas.
• Take advantage of lots of opportunities to explore and exploit hidden patterns in diverse sets of data.

• Proven hands-on experience with data mining and predictive modeling. Track record in implementing state of the art machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent coding skills. Proficient (at least) with R and/or Python. Experience in software engineering is a plus.
• Proficient with (NoSQL and SQL) databases and querying them. Expertise with big data technologies is a big plus.
• Creative thinker,  pragmatic problem solver, and really good team player that is fun to work with. Highly-motivated to take initiative and understand relevant details of complex topics.
• Proud to show your Kaggle account, GitHub projects, research papers, or other interesting achievements.
• Relevant university degree or comparable experience, ideally with significant focus on computer science. Very good skills in English or German (preferably both).
